Fallout! The Genetic Opera.(Still ver WiP!)

Ever heard of Repo! The Genetic Opera? 'Course not! You've lived in a vault your whole life!

 

Now, onto business;

 

Right now Me and a friend(Ghytwempbang[damn that's a mouthful]) have begun work on a rather ambitious project.

Thus far, I'm writing and he's modelling armor, and weapons, and other crap like that.

But as I'm sure you all know; This stuff(damn word filter thing...) is tough! So what we need are some nice people to volunteer to help us out, writing I can handle on my own(but it's always nice to have co-writers), but modelling, texturing, level design, concept art, and voice actors are still needed to make this work.

 

The first bit we'll be releasing is "The Repo Man's long-coat and helmet" for public testing(when we get it done...) along with a note regarding why it's in the Capital Wasteland, and of course "The Repo Mans Knife", which should be a double bladed scalpel...

 

what the end release should have:

Three types of GeneCop armor(Grunt, Lieutenant, and Captain, helmets included)

Two new GeneCop rifles(An automatic laser rifle and a new assault rifle)

Two new GeneCop Pistols(A laser pistol, and a pistol to go with the rifle)

A few other new weapons(A new shotgun, a new sniper rifle, and a new set of Melee weapons)

New Uniques(Different types of Repo-Man armor and helmets, new clothing, and so on.)

New unique weapons("Abram's 20mm EMAC"[think; "Gauss Rifle on steroids"], Shakes' Laser pistol[a laser SMG], Campbell's "Boomstick"[gotta have a lame reference somewhere right?], and so on... More will be named later on)

New areas.

A new world map(like in "The Pitt" ).

A new BRANCHING storyline.

Deep moral choices with no "Good-guy" answers(You all need to lose some Karma anyway you wasteland paladins!).

New Perks!(Genetic Repo-Man, Grave-Robber, and a few others.)

New unmarked quests("Robbin' the Graves", "Eww...", and a few others, most of which involve taking Organs from your victims and selling them to GeneCo[finally! A use for those mutilated parts in gore-bags!]for caps and/or bullets. Kinda like taking scrap metal to Winthrop, or taking fingers and ears to the regulators and whats-his-face)

And much more.

 

So far we've got:

Five new Repo-Man allies/enemies(like really bitchin' hard boss-fights). Not all of which are named yet.(aliases so far are: Deep-Eyes, Abrams, and Shakes.)

 

Several new NPC's; GeneCo CEO Thomas Largo, his "Henchgirls", GeneCop Commander Jack Campbell, Grave-Robber Aleksandir "The Laughing Crow" Crowley, and a few others.

 

New enemies; like the rabid Moose, and the vorpal rabbit.

 

A new locale; The Great White North(our new world map)

 

And, an almost ammeter story. Which I'll post later...

Thus far our team has five members, myself(Writing), Ghytwempbang(who's currently on hiatus due to work), dark9834(Volunteer texturer), Neunen(Volunteer modeller/texturer), and SedPL(Volunteer modeller/texturer).

 

Keep up the great work guys!

 

Planned "Enchantments" for the Repo-Man's Coat and mask:

 

Coat: Medicine +10(you need to know about human anatomy to be a doctor, right?) Melee Weapons +10(gotta be good with a scalpel to be a Repo-Man.) and agility +1(Repo-Men are fast on their feet after all)

 

Mask: Science +10, Medicine +10, and Perception +1

Hey sorry haven't been on in a long time, sorry. Neunen Has made the scalpel, I have got a link for it, I'll send it to you. I haven't heard from Sedpl in a long time so I think he is off the project.

I am gonna re-tex one of his helms for a temp project. I'm still have trouble getting free time to do the work and my G.E.C.K/ Computer is really shitty so I'm sorry. Glad to see this is all still working.
