[SSE] Is there a mod that adds acceleration and inertia into player movement?

I might be in an unpopular camp, but I love games that make the player character feel more like a physical body that you're controlling.

For example, I found that I really enjoyed the "Standard" movement response setting in The Witcher 3, where you trade responsiveness for a more fluid momentum-based kind of control. Geralt doesn't immediately go full speed and takes a moment to accelerate from standing to walking and then to running. When he is running, turns aren't instant and can slow him down depending on how sharp of a turn you're trying to do. Overall it helps give an "analog" feel when playing with keyboard and mouse controls, which I very much enjoy.

Here's a short clip to help explain what I mean

So I was wondering if there were a mod or a combination of mods that add this kind of movement response, currently I use True Directional Movement, so I was also wondering if the supposed mod would be compatible with that as well.

I already use that one, unfortunately it is pretty much just an animation mod, using it with TDM doesn't do much. In fact, a setting they edit makes your character feel even more like a video game character than vanilla by editing something that reduces the input delay for movement than it's already short time. I do appreciate your help tho

I've asked about that before, since I often use third person and tend to use C+A (continuous movement plus a directional modifier) or C+D (and panning) to produce a more fluid movement. Or sometimes I'll take to various combos of the four directionals to do the same when sneaking

It'd be nice if there was a smoothing ballistic between say w (forward) and W + A (forward to the left) or just plain old W to A (hard left) . As is, most times, transitions are a bit choppier than I'd like, although I can pull off a near seamless transition sometimes using pan and wadr.

Anyway, I wish there was one too, but the answers I received were a resounding NO. Hopefully I'm wrong but you asked.
