[SSE] colored lights to hypnotize

fyi the title's just convenient reference to a phrase in an old song...

 

Anyway, what I'm looking for is a mod that provides a spotlight and the ability to set the color used for the spot, position, and intensity.

 

I do have a really old "obsolete" mod called Quick Spotlight, but it only has two effective settings, one very bright, the other very dim, and no ability to alter the tonality.

Oh, and to be clear, this isn't a request for a new/custom mod. I don't expect someone to make one for me, I just figured that this would be the best subforum to ask whether such a mod exists already. And yes, I'm aware of Quicklight too. Great mod.
