ok what do i install first and what should my load order should be :S i was think FWE frist then MMM but im uterly confused

I'm surprised that no one has replied to this yet. I'm not totally sure about installing order but I think you'd want to install the MMM and FWE files first then everything else after that.

As for load order, I can point you to a great tool that many use in the modding community called BOSS. This tool can order them for you, or, if you like, show you how it would order things but let you decide. It can be found here or here.

Myself, I stay the heck away from BOSS - had a bad experience with it and never went back. But I know there are those who swear by it.

 

Regarding load order. I very highly recommend reading what is said in the description for this mod - http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout3/mods/18721/? .

 

The mod itself is worth having, but the general advice given there about load order is simple, clear and absolutely golden - having followed it, my own game has never run better.
