Playable RDR1 Characters as Skins/Outfits Mod in New Vegas

Anybody interested in creating RDR1 skins for New Vegas/TTW? I've downloaded Dragbody Armor Packs mod which included hundreds of armors and skins from other games, including RDR outfits like the Elegant Suit and Deadly Assassin’s Outfit into New Vegas which is amazing, but maybe someone’s interested in making a mod that adds character skins (instead of just the badass outfits) from the original Red Dead Redemption. More specifically adding John Marston’s, Marshal Johnson's, Bonnie MacFarlane’s, or especially Landon Ricketts’ 3d models into the game to be playable. Not looking for something so complicated like races, more as looking for a mod that adds rdr characters as "costumes/skin-suits" to be worn under the player character. I've already come across screenshots that show it HAS been done w/ John before such as this one: https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/images/30917 , so as I’m aware it’s at least possible to do the same with other characters from the game.

Even if that John model is already in a different mod that’s not downloadable to the public, I understand. But I’d still be more than satisfied with just an rdr1 side-characters-only mod for New Vegas. Mainly the other three characters from rdr1 that I previously mentioned.

Although I haven't found an instance where someone made a similar mod using rdr resources into NV other than Drags or this image, I have found a site that has at least Ricketts’ and Bonnie’s models that could be used as a useful source if I'm not mistaken. So instead of having to manually deconstruct rdr1’s game files and extract the 3d model's meshes/textures and whatnot there, the 3d models from this site could be used as a good alternative source for them instead, if that’s how 3d modding/meshing stuff into the game even works. If not then please excuse my ignorance.

If that source for a 3d model is more or less essentially useless, then again I apologize. Doesn't have to be perfect or pretty in 4k Reso or anything like that, just playable. If anybody is interested and skilled enough to make rdr1 characters playable in New Vegas I’d be more than grateful. (My first mod request. I understand if it's too outlandish compared to the others, so if this gets swept under the rug I'll get it)
