Almost Floating Horse Problem

This has been bothering me for some time now, because no one else seems to have the same problem. At some point while I'm riding my horse, he decides that that is a nice angle to be in, so he stays like that, almost floating. http://s1369.photobucket.com/user/MrShogoth/media/Oblivion2013-12-1417-18-32-76_zps07e2f4db.jpg.html Here I was going down a mountain and then remembered I had forgotten something, so I turned around and my horse kept looking downwards. I actually can go up the hill like that, but it's too slow, so I have to mount off, wait for my horse's hoofs to adapt to the terrain, and climb back up.

When the glitch happens is somewhat random, but most of the time happens as soon as I mount a horse (or as soon as I start when I load a game in which I already am on a horse). It happens regardless of being on first or third person. My horse adapts to a certain terrain and stays in that angle until I mount off.

 

I also have the "NoMaaM BBB Animation Replacer V3_1" (it's the only one I suspect of) but I wanna be extra sure before I try anything because I've just reinstalled Oblivion two days ago after a long time and I haven't got much of a chance to play it so I don't wanna fool around with mods anymore.
