[SSE] SPID to replace dead animal with skinned model after skinning?

Not interested in mods that go deep into hunting like Hunterborn or Hunting in Skyrim, just looking for something simple that maybe replaces dead animals with the skinned animal models from HiS after you loot their pelt. Could SPID or another mod do this?
