Hello! I have made mods for several games years ago but have been away from the modding community for quite some time. I am interested in improving upon the realism of GRB but I am lost as to where to start. I have the spartan mod downloaded and see you can edit the values for the different aspects such as ammo, enemy engagement distance, etc.

These are the types of mods I am looking to create. However, I do not know where to start. I have no idea how the creator of the spartan mod found the addresses for walk speed and such. I have tried to reach out to him but have not heard back. Can anyone here point me in the right direction? I have tried using various programs to "decode" the DLL files but have been unsuccessful. Were the modifications for spartan made via cheat engine, anvil, or some other toolkit? Any help would be appreciated! I am hoping to make this game even better but just need a little help getting started. Thank you. If you have any questions regarding what I plan to change, feel free to ask.
