biff_debris Posted June 1, 2009 Share Posted June 1, 2009 Possibly even as simple as taking a Mister Gutsy and adding syringes and other medical attachments -- I haven't done anything with the FO3 models, so I'm not sure what could be done, really. Guessing one could even use the Prototype Medical Armor sounds for it, as well. If it's been done (couldn't find any mods), could someone link me to it?
