Faction settings

Would love to see a mod for Xbox that allows the player to disable NPCs on a faction basis, maybe even control the percentage of NPCs that spawn per faction. Everyone know the unfortunate downside of playing fo4 on console, however not everyone has the ability to play on a high end PCs and have unlimited mods to improve the game and it's performance. It seems alot of issues Ive found with crashing on console comes down to the fact that the game requires way more processing power than consoles can put out. In my conclusion I've found that a large part of my crashes come from textures, precombines, and yes.....NPCs, all trying to load. Especially in the Boston areas. NPCs not only have models to be loaded, but also ai programming, interaction systems, combat systems, and many more. If one were able to control how many NPCs and specifically what faction of NPCs can spawn it would greatly reduce the taxing processing on console. Plus I think it would allow for some unique playthroughs, perhaps even without the need of playing the main questline. I always felt like the fallout games did better with side quests rather than the main quests. The radiants in this game are pretty trash so the side quests are where this games life really lies. Only problem is alot of them send you into areas that have alot of processor heavy things to load at once. A mod that allows the user to mitigate processing power through NPC disabling would allow the quests to be played without interrupting the flow of the game with crashing.

I've tried both the zombie walkers mod which straight up just allows you to replace NPCs with ghouls, as well as the fallout 4-76 mod which allows you to replace all human NPCs with other types of enemies such as Raiders, ghouls, synths, etc... But neither of those allow you to straight up just disable factions from spawning all together. Would anyone be interested in tackling a challenge like this and making it available on console? Not likely but a guy can dream right?
