JWill7 Posted June 2, 2009 Share Posted June 2, 2009 I have been trying to make these two islands for months. However, a couple of things have stopped me: 1. The construction set freezes when I get close to completion, 2. Glitches happen, and 3. I'm really, really bad at modding. I know what I want it to look like, and I've made a map with elevations for anyone who would like to take a stab at it. If possible, it should be in the Tamriel worldspace. I'd like the islands to be West / Southwest of Anvil and far enough off the coast that you cannot see them from the Anvil lighthouse. If that's not possible, putting them in a separate worldspace is fine. I would really appreciate it if anyone could do this for me. I plan on creating a mod about a haunted chain of islands with an interesting past. I have two versions of the map. One was created in Paint.NET and the other is saved as a JPEG. Unfortunately, the Paint.NET version is too big to attach so if someone wants that, post your email and I'll send it to you. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I would like to see this placed somewhere around -60,-17 on the map. Is anyone up for it? I have seen much more difficult examples of modding than this, and if I knew how, I would. Pronam Posted June 2, 2009 Share Posted June 2, 2009 Using the heigthmap editor in cs is always tricky...I cannot even use it, without setting CS to run under XPIf you chose for for a different world-space.. I tried to create the islands many different times, and usually when I go to save the finished product, it crashes. The one time it didn't crash, there were 10x10 ft abysses scattered randomly on the islands. That was months ago and I eventually gave up and moved on. Now, I can't remember how to use the CS haha.
