Better companion equipment swapping for stealth and radiation

I'm looking for a mod that will allow companions to react better to stealth and radiation. In short if you are standing upright at night, companions will use flashlights such as TNR, Tactical Flashlights or a Mining Helmet. If you are in stealth however, they will equip NVG (Night Vision Gear) such as the ones in Brotherhood of Steel Armor Overhaul , Functional NVG for PMC Fash Helmet, or West Tek Tactical Optics. Ideally this would be intelligent enough to actually switch the various headgear to an ON position (over the eyes) when in stealth and an OFF position (flipped up) when not in stealth. All 3 of the above mentioned mods have options for the ON / OFF positions mentioned.

 

From what I've already seen companions are already day / night aware because they will turn on flashlights at night. Unfortunately they are not currently smart enough to swap between flashlights and NVG gear, and thus screw with MY usage of NVG.

2ndly - I'd love to see this same sorta thing be able to swap the companions equip'd gear for high radiation environments such that they would equip gas masks or radiation suits. AFT already does this for swimming so I know the coding is there and is environment aware.

 

One option might be to have them check if I'm using such gear as a trigger for if they should equip it? Or simply have them do so in the right circumstances (stealth, radiation, etc).
