It shows as being downloadable from Lover's lab when I do a widenet search https://www.loverslab.com/files/file/8123-skyrim-utility-mod/ thanks btw. It's one of the few mods I still don't didn't have a source link input into Vortex. Which is now resolved thanks to your query and my lookup And moreover, it looks there's a update. win win!
