(Mod request) Death eater and Phoenix order flying ability

Was hoping if a mod that gives you the ability to transform and fly like death eaters or Phoenix order members could be made, that black/white smokeish state

 

Ashwinders appear in that way and when you keep pushing dodge you turn into this smoke like state

 

a good reference would be the scene in with they kill Sirius and most of them are battling this way flying around the room
