Stardew Valley Won't Launch (1.7.8)

I am using Vortex version 1.7.8 and I am trying to mod Stardew Valley. I am using Windows 10 Pro, x64, and I have 16gb of RAM. I was running modded stardew valley for a while until I decided to try and use the expanded mods. After installing the recommended mods the game stopped launching at all. I can run the game normally from steam and can run by launching the exe manually from the directory.

 

I have uninstalled all mods. I have uninstalled stardew from steam and uninstalled vortex. After reinstalling Stardew and Vortex the game still won't launch. I've attempted to get back to a bare bone state but it still won't launch. I can launch cyberpunk 2077 from vortex just not stardew.

 

Any suggestions?
