[SSE] Increase Player Scale Every Level Up Mod

Inspired from

A simple yet super fun mod idea where you increase in scale/size when you level up, basically becoming a god at high levels. Degree at which you increase in scale could be set in mcm. I would create myself if i had the time/knew how to code.
