Need Plugins

I am new to the forum, but have been playing oblivion since its release. I have a problem. When the plugins (horse armor, oerary etc.) where originaly released there was a compatibility problem with 32 and 64 versions of windows. I purchased a couple of plugins but the wouldnt work. I have recently upgraded my comp. and have purchased the goty edition of oblivion (so I have Shivering Isles and Knights of the Nine). The plugins are not included in the goty edition, so I went to the plugin website linked to the Elder Scrolls homepage. It says that the sight is temporarily down for maint. , however it has said this for quite sometime. Does anyone know where I can purchase all of the plugins? Thanks in advance for your help and also for all of the great mods that I have used over the years.

Or you could buy 'Knights of the Nine' which comes with most of the official plug-ins.

Oblivion GOTY edition is only 20 dollars, and comes with all the official plugins, Shivering Isles and Knights of the Nine. Its well worth the money.

Thanks gang. I appreciate the responses. The copy that I am using is the GOTY edition and it has Shivering Isles and Knights of the Nine, however unlike the Knights of the Nine boxed version, horse armor, Wizards Tower etc. do not come with GOTY version. Any other suggestions?

it comes with SI and KotN only, not the rest of them!
