FPS Drop?

I've noticed more frequently the more mods I have installed the more I seem to be hitting some major FPS drops, mostly with things like adding different textures in, especially with the new HD rework mod. I've got some mods installed that would seem fairly intense like pyscho crowds and millions of custom clothing options. Seems lately that i can load in for the first few minutes with no issues, incredibly smooth FPS but soon as I open the scanner I see a huge drop. Most notably with the 'sit anywhere' mod so I ended up removing that but now getting some drops just during gameplay for the most part. Tried to enjoy the gangs of night city mod as well but that also seems to be a huge drag in performance for me.

 

Curious if anyone else experiences this or know what mods could be culprit to cause a lot more FPS drop than others?
Mods range from clothing, gameplay mechanics, there's so many to list but really nothing that I would consider a huge game overhaul (as much as the HD rework or Gangs of NC mod).

Game settings:

3440x1440p

Ray Tracing Enabled (DLSS quality preset)

RT on Ultra preset

Everything is maxed except screen space reflections quality (ultra)

 

 

Specs

i9 13900k

3080ti 12GB RAM

64GB DDR5 @ 5000Mhz (rated for 6k)
