Need help with this weird obsidian skin bug!

Hey guys, i have come across this strange visual glitch below while playing, looked it up on the internet to no avail so i rushed in here.

there is also a full body image but i can't post it due to adultery violation and stuff, but it is also pretty much the same skin texture.

 

I'm guessing this might be caused by one of the mods i downloaded recently, but then again i'm not sure which one so i will leave a list of my mods if it helps.
