Extracting voice audiofiles and text

I'm currently trying to extract the voice audiofiles and text. I've used the guide from Gizm000, which is perfect, for the english language everything is working however I plan to extract other languages. For the audio it works but not so much for the dialog text, there I don't know where to start. Gizm000 included a excel file with the audio file ID and the spoken line, which is perfect, however for other languages the ID of the audio file changes so with over 44k voice lines it's simply not possible to find the right dialog.
