Northern Roads - road paths with issues

For some reason, the Northern Roads mod doesn't run properly in-game.

 

I guess this is a load order issue.

 

I get this wrongly placed road meshes.

 

I thought it had to do with mod compatibility, such as Dawn of Skyrim conflict or something. But it isn't.
