How to get rid of face tattoos&Co of generated npcs

Hello,

I dont know why, but many "generated" NPCs got face tattoos or face skin diseases.

I didnt install a mod for that. Any Idea where this come from?

 

 

 

 

 

 

I also noticed that when i am doing a new game then i get skin-stuff added which disapears later. i did created an african and this came out:
