Help! Mods list refuses to work together even using HL Mod Merger

Hello,

 

So I have a bunch of mods installed, and for the most part they want to work on my laptop... but not my desktop.

 

Ex. ROR ALL IN ONE works on the laptop, so I have 99 space, 29 species. I default back to game default when loading in on my desktop.

 

This is the first time I've used Vortex/Nexus Mods and I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong.

 

If someone could help me figure out what's going on, that'd be amazing!

 

Vortex folder attached. EverythingSQL is a merged mod using HL Mod Merger.

I'm having this problem too. I did exactly what the mods said to make them all work together but the merged mod might as well not even be there because it seems to be ignored. But I'm on my laptop running windows 10.
