[Mod Request] An longer available spell bar

Right now, we can only have 4 spells at one time and have to switch between the spell bars to access things we need. I'd love to have 4 spell bars available but slots 0-9 on each spell bar (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,0). Four spells on each bar is ridiculous.
