Changing item values (and other variables)?

Hello...I'm looking for a mod that changes or a way to change, manually, the prices of items in the game and things like how much the houses/land plots/horses costs etc... I've looked at SkyTweak but it doesn't seem to offer these types of changes..

Is there any mod out there that allows me to do this or a way to change it myself via the console? Also, new here, so not quite sure which forum to post in.
