residentevil4 Mod request disable XBox input to enable mouse emulation through controller

Is there any way to completely disable controller input for this game? Doing it in the steam options does not stop the controller inputs from registering in game.

 

Id like to be able to emulate the mouse and keyboard on the controller. Analog aim controls for this game are just horrible. Dead zone and speed curve are terrible. If I could map the mouse to the right analog stick, it would be so much better.

If someone could help with that Id greatly appreciate it.
