(request) Omen horns on player skin

kinda like this mod but wo the skin texture and horns in different locations. (ram like horns on the head and a few smaller horns on the body maybe.)

would someone be willing to either make it or walk me through how to do it? (ive done some small modding before im not sure where to start w this though haha)

 

i know there are horn mods but they take up a armor slot and i still want to wear a hood.
