[SSE] Horses add to carry weight

I've tried all sorts of horse mods and generally don't like how many features they add, and especially how much micro-managing they add. I had an idea that, rather than trying to use a mod to access your horse's inventory, you can simply make it so that when you buy a horse, your carry weight goes up x amount. That way you can imagine that your expanded inventory space is like your using your horse to ferry stuff around, but you don't have to spend any extra time in menus.

I realize I could just use a console command when I buy a horse, but this would be less immersion-breaking, obviously. I don't know if this a simple mod to make, but I think it would be great!
