[SSE] Experience-Exp levels Skills Add on

IT's a Simple idea, though i'm not sure how hard it would be to add to the game. The idea is, It's a Add on to the "Experience" mod, But changes where the EXP from the mod goes, or maybe adds a new way for it to be used.

 

The idea is, EXP, which this mod changes from "Gained by leveling skills" to "Gained by Questing and Killing", would not just be used to level your character from level 1 to 2 and beyond, but to also level their skills. So, You'd get a pool of exp, and use it as a resource to level your skills, with a higher exp cost the higher the skill level. Naturally, Leveling skills by actually using them would have a MCM toggle to be enabled, being disabled by default.

 

This way, the player has full control over how their character levels. Want to gain Light armor EXP but really want to wear Heavy armor for a quest or 2? No problem! Want to be a stealth archer despite never holding a bow? Level it with the exp you gained by killing that Giant with your Greatsword! Want to hoard EXP to power level a skill (Cough Enchanting Cough)? Go for it!

 

(Optional file to revert the player leveling system to Skill based, so you have to use the EXP to level skills which then level your character. Yes, I realize that just sounds like Default skyrim leveling with extra steps, but this would mean the non thief character won't get Lockpicking EXP unless they spend generic exp on it, which they could have chosen to spend on one handed or Enchanting, so it is different.)

 

(Also, Ideally, this Add on would be compatible with older versions of skyrim, such as ones Pre Anniversary edition, for those of us who don't want to go through the hassle of updating all our mods just cause Bethesda decided to force more updates) (The version I'm using is: 1.5.80.0.8 (SKSE64 Version 2.00.16 rel 6) from June 2019, if anyone cares.)

....You just sent me a link to the mod i'm asking for a add on for. I Already know of this mod.. It (From my experience) does not do what I want. It only prevents skills from giving exp, and instead gives exp from questing and killing. Great, but I made this mod request because I want to be able to use the experience Gained from killing or questing to directly level up my skills, which this mod doesn't do. Hence my mod request.
