Tony1999
I'm kinda new to Skyrim. I know this isn't Fallout and it would somewhat breaks the immersion but i'm not very fond of the current available races and I would love to be robot
Sp00nace
Yeah I could totally see that but what if it was a Dwemer steam robot that would be a bit more realistic and it would have pros and cons also special abilities I really like it. Sorry if I have changed it into my perspective completely.

Constance
EDI but steampunk & Dwarven.. Oh god please.  http://videogame-art.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/12/VideoGameArt_MassEffect3_EdiAlternateArmor02_RafaelGrassetti.jpgMales could be like iRobot robots but obviously steampunk and dwarven! :O http://static6.businessinsider.com/image/524f05006bb3f7c70da223db-960/irobot-robot-2.jpg Please for the love of goodness though i think it would be really lame just to add playable dwarven races like sphere, spider and stuff :|INNOVATE! REVOLUTIONISE! Hahahah xDNo seriously though i just think this would be really cool :)
Tony1999
true, i could really use something modern, some changes, i like my character to look completely....mechanical and bionic, and doesn't look too...human, like having a human face or a human body...it's just my opinion
Constance
Oh, another idea would also be that it would neccessarily be a playable race, but rather an in-depth questline exploring some ancient dwemer workshop and at the end of the questline you get the option to use ancient dwarven technology to augment your body, becoming essentially a robot or cyborg :3 (Which would just change your race to the new robot or cyborg race)

Sp00nace
Yeah I like the cyborg but what about like a mechanical limb or body part like automail from Fullmetal Alchemist STEAM POWERED http://static4.wikia.nocookie.net/__cb20100413133902/fma/images/a/a5/Chapter81.jpg Edited December 19, 2013 by Sp00nace
Constance
I think that would probably work out a lot better, just replacing a singlular limb, if someone decided to take up this project, they could simply add a new (Hidden) copy of each race with this replaced body part, and then when you complete the questline (If they decided to go with that), it would just change your race from whatever race you are, to the copy with the replaced limb :3 Would also work out a lot better in terms of armor and stuff, as long as the replaced body part is still close to the original shape of the body part, you can still slap armor ontop, as opposed to replacing the whole body or a lot of it because there's no guarantee it would work. However, an interesting thing i just though of, Briarhearts, at the very least you could create a custom race with the briarheart body and replace the briarheart with a centurion dynamo core ;3 That would be a LOT easier to do, but doesn't exactly fit with the OP's wishes haha xDStill though, a thought ;)
