anyone know where to find this old mod?

 

I see a fileplanet link.. kinda fishy looking.. when you click download it gives you a 1.7MB file instead of the 170MB real file... any ideas.. or does someone have this and can post it?

P.S. I haven't been able to get on Wolflore in months now, anyone know what the deal is there?
