@Krazy:

Dude, congratz for a well-made mod and well-made videos videos.

I noticed that the video is background specific.

What about making more zoomed in videos?

Perhaps if the TV set in the vid is rather zoomed in, showing as little furniture or setting as possible can make the setting ambigues, making it possible to place the TV set in other settings?

First off all credit goes to CGi for his TV mod as that is his work completely, and what we have been working on together I haven't released until he gets back online and we can finish up work on it. We only started to work together when he got people asking to add his mod to mine, which was actually quite simply done in 5 minutes but we got talking and one thing lead to another and we ended up working to really expand the content. As for making videos generic, its still near impossible as far as what Cgi explained to me in terms of formatting the videos correctly. I don't remember all that we discussed about it, must have been at least 2 months ago :P, but the videos needed to be limited to a certain size to keep aspect ratio and size to the correct proportion. When we started work initially I sent him really close up screens in hopes of making them generic but he said they were way too big and wouldn't fit the videos we had correct. For the most part all the videos we use are about the same size/dimensions/aspect ration to keep consistency as he encodes each video so transitioning between vids is seamless (IE not having differently zoomed backgrounds.) and for the sheer purpose of making large amount of videos uploadable, they cant be really high resolution as it would simply be too much to download, especially when your getting 15-20 videos together as we planned.
