there are a huuuuuuuge number of mods out there waiting for you. But the one thing I really would do was to turn up the difficulty and make the creatures and npcs better. Raise their hp, their attacks, their armor and their weapoons.

recommended mods.

-Super Adventures

-Giants

those are good mods to raise the difficulty

Yeah I'm feeling pretty tough because i just fought a battle with, actually i got ambushed by, a Titan, a Dragon, and the huge brown golem thing that's nearly invincible, all at once. I was feeling pretty tough but it took all my arsenal to win then a giant skeleton paralyzed me and kicked my butt. GIANTS does add a pretty good challenge, I have enchanted my armor with constant effect restore health so most things even running out of breath won't hurt me, it just slowly wears my armor down, but the GIANTS creatures can still hurt me.

I recently found a new challenge for myself using GenMod, used the random setting on large with high level crreatures and combined with giants it puts you in a confusing maze full of seamingly nonstop creatures, reminds me playing gauntlet a little. You do have to use the contruction set a little , basically have to add a door.

I aslo made a couple of castles with guards and archers to assault, but once you tale it over it's no fun anymore.

On the 'boring' thread i mention some ideas about making a challenge for yourself.

Roleplay. But instead of roleplaying a hero, roleplay someone else... for example, try to be, say, a common Nord warrior. Do not try to beat the game, that's not your main goal. Try to BE your Nord character. Wear iron or fur armour, and use a nordic claymore as your best weapon, or an axe. No enchanted stuff unless you get it from the main quest, no spells - you're just a COMMON warrior which happens to be the Nerevarine... also think of your character's personality, and do things that HE'D do. That is, if he's a good noble character, don't steal money from Fargoth. And drink mead. Lots of mead.

i have a mod that it think i got from here and what it does is multiply the difficulty setting by 100 so if it was set to 10 it would actually be 100 which is the normal max setting so you could get the difficulty setting up to 1000. search for it i think its fairly recent

another thing you might do ( you didnt say if you have the pc game of the year version or not) is go into the cs and boost the number of enemies that can go after you at once, I put it on 6 once and changed it back faster then fargoth can lose his ring. you could also look into bosting the stats on the various creatures in the game and then boost the dificulty meter, all of that should increse the challange.

Thanks for the suggestions.  I think I might try a new character.  I've always tended to use fighters.  Maybe I'll try an enchanter or something to do with magic to change things up a little.  Should give a whole new perspective on the game I'm hoping.

try not using enchantments just normal magic .... then you might have a few problems but i would look for a few mods to help you or else you wont be able to play almost at all at higher levels...
