MCM Dropdown menu populated by variable strings instead of static strings.

It there a way to populate a MCM dropdown menu with script array items instead of static string?

 

Example:

 

I have an array of followers in my script. I would like to populate the MCM dropdowm menu with the Followers name from that array.

 

I don't think it's possible, but I'm asking just in case it is.
