Mod Request: Hats don't hide hair

In the game hats often hide short or updo hairstyles, is there any way a mod can be made to show the hairstyle instead of hiding it?

Probably not. Each 'hat' defines which part of the hair should be hidden. In most cases that's exactly what you want, as the hair sticks out of the hat otherwise.

To disable, you would need to edit each hat, afaik. (and end up with some very bad looking hats with hair sticking through ...)
