nekoali
Please explain your question better. What mod are you talking about? The only thing you can hotkey to the 1-8 keys are items, like weapons and chems.

FireNinja98
yah but how do i assign it to the key?
nekoali
Reading the documentation helps. Here's directly from the description of the mod. Configuring BulletTime====================== When you install DK_BulletTime, an item will be placed in the "Aid' section of your inventory called "[bullet Time Config]" (it will be at the bottom of the list). When you click on "[bullet Time Config]" (make sure you are in Pip boy mode, don't hotkey this Aid item). A Dialog will appear allowing you to configure the following: Set Key Binding (FOSE) - when using BulletTime with the FOSE you can specify a key to turn on/off BulletTimeSet Action Point Cost - set the level at which BulletTime uses Action Points. The higher you set this, the shorter the available BulletTime will beSet Visual FX - choose from a few Visual Effects while BulletTime is on. Short version: using the mod adds an item to your Aid inventory tab. Hot key that item. Using said item activates bullet time.

FireNinja98
Using BulletTime (NON FOSE)=========================== To Turn on Bullet Time, go to the Aid section of your inventory and use the "<Bullet Time Activator>". YOU CAN HOTKEY THIS AID, and this is highly recommended. To turn off Bullet Time simple use the Bullet Time Activator while Bullet Time is turned on" (or press the appropriate Hotkey again). The Bullet Time Activator is an on-off switch. THIS IS THE PART I WANTED TO KNOW ABOUT. i dont use fose because it seems to screw up my game. so it said that i could add a hotkey and thats what i want to know how to do. nekoali
It very clearly says right there. It's the same as the FOSE version. When you load the mod, it adds an item to your Aid tab, the place where food, water and chems are. Hotkey that item. Open up Pipboy, go to that tab, hold down the key you want to hotkey it to and click the item to hotkey it. Or in other words, the exact same way you hotkey any other item in the game.
