LutherP
I'm working on a mod that is all exterior (but far away from the regular game world). I put a COC Marker down so I can get there quickly. I put it in a zone called MiddleofTown, how do I know what to type in the console window? If possible can I edit it somehow? Right now when I type 'COC MiddleOfTown' the game hitches for a second or two then the game continues chugging as if nothing ever happened and I'm still not in the town I made. Any thoughts? Pronam
COC only works to move to interiors....COC markers are mostly used to change the place the player is transported to, if the center of the interior isn't really...accessible... CenterOnExterior or COE is used to move the player to the exact coordinates of X and Y. Like COE -10 5 CenterOnWorld or COW is used to move the player to a specific worldspace. (the above one only works if you're in the same worldspace) Like COW Worldname -10 5 If the place you've created is in the wasteland and still on the map... use mapmarkers, the ones you use to fast-travel..Mapmarkers are often used for exteriors, you can just mark them as 'visible' and 'can travel to.' So you can immediately use them...but that name you gave isn't regular, so I guess its is not on the map.... There's also moveto..., but that one is more difficult to use inside the console. You could use moveto in a script more effectively. It is better not start on that though, if any of the above work.
