Seeking mods for Facial Expressions, Hairstyles (NOT anime-inspired) a

I've got the game since its release, but I got it up and running again now that I have the time. Now, I love the game, but there are a lot of minor issues that are getting on my nerves.

I'd like a mod that makes the models (of both the NPCs and the Player) display some expression around. I know its the bleak future after the a-bomb, but that's no reason for your character to just stare into nothingness 24/7, or for your companions to do the same. It just gets creepy after a while. Some sighs, screening, lip-licking, bored looks, anything! I seem to have found some, but they looked like modding tools... I just want something that works right way, if there is such a thing.

Too, I'd like some more hairstyles, both female and male, but specially some female short-haired ones, as the game pretty much boils down to Pretty Puff (which doesn't suit the setting at all, it seems your character uses too much hairspray...) and The Unsettler (which is pretty cool for the setting, but I'd like something a bit more feminine, if there's one. My main character is a woman with 10 charisma from the cradle, so I want something to suit it and that is short... also for roleplaying reasons, long hair is a liability). And for the Atom's sake, no anime hairdos, which seems to be all I can find around. It takes everything I'm trying to achieve away.

Lastly, but not least, some animations fix that aren't just modding tools or command-prompted. Especially, if there is such a thing, one that makes the character walk and run diagonally, if possible. I try to avoid the "skiing effect" by zooming close over the shoulder, but I don't want to break the willing suspension of disbelief every time I zoom out to get a better view.

I use several "Wasteland Survival" mods and they're awesome to create immersion. I don't blame Bethesda for trying to make the game accessible, but I want to create a truer experience for myself, and so far these are the main issues I can't seem to find a solution to so easily. So if anyone could help me out, I'd appreciate.

These are the only 3 hair mods currently working for Fallout 3, and I don't know of any that are currently being worked on...

1. http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=5462

2. http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=1146

3. http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=749

some of them are anime like, and some are a little more realistic, but overall I would take them over the default stuff anyday (they are all from Oblivion, so they are good for what they are made for, but not as much Fallout... but no one wants to make hair for Fallout...)

I do have plans to make a hair mod when I get better at modeling and texturing stuff... right now I suck at anything organic, so im sticking with robots and guns and that kind of stuff

but when I get a little more practice in I'm going to try working on some hair mods

I am going to make one hair pack that is completly based of 50s style hair (male and female) and then a second one that is completly post nuclear wasteland hair (realy crazzy stuff). And then I will do some that are in between the two styles (people in the wasteland that try hard to keep the 50s look, but don't quite succeed...)

But don't wait around, it will be a while... I havn't even started working with hair in 3ds Max yet...
