I'm having a spot of trouble with my Skyrim SE build and was hoping someone could point me in the direction of a solution. I've got a solid computer and SKyrim SE is running stable with a lot of mods. However, when I look at the sun, I get stutter. I can be outside and look away from the sun and move the camera around, no problem. As soon as I turn towards the sun, lag and stutter. Sometimes, when looking right at the sun, things go into slideshow mode for a few seconds then snap back to normal speeds. I'm NOT running an ENB but I do have ENBoost going from FO4; Boris says it works and it does, quite well. I've tried turning off lens flare and godrays, problem is still there. I'm using Cathedral Weathers if that's important. Thanks for any help! Ah, I should mention... I had this build running perfectly and didn't have this problem. Then my 2GB graphics card fried and I upgraded to a 4GB AMD card. Most other games are running way better now for me, but Skyrim SE has this sun stutter problem.
