Michlo
Your best bet is the tried and true method which many of us have gone through. Uninstall your FO3 completely. Reinstall and then make a backup copy of your "clean" data folder somewhere. Start adding your mods slowly (one by one if you have the patience) until you find the culprit. The clean backup will save you a lot of time later on should you need to start the process over. It should also be noted that most people are warning us NOT to include the latest patch as it does affect many of the mods which include buildings. Good luck. Good luck.I used to do that until i got tired of having to reinstall mods, for a better method become almost intimate with the use on FO3editI run about 130-140 mods right now and have only four Conflicts i can't change (or wont for that matter) I dont have a single esp i don't think that is what the original modder had in theirs. BUT and i mean the greatest, most gigantic BUT; DO NOT attempt to unless you are ABSOLUTLY sure you understand what is going on. The only downside is that i have to redo the mod once an Update comes out, but after the initial time i took into it it doesn't take long unless it is a larger mod like FOOK, or GTS (those were actually done very well with conflicts only coming from very minor mods. Also if you learn FO3edit the need for patches greatly reduces. I have yet had to reinstall for the past month and a half because of this, :P I still have my back up just in case but i also have the data directory as it stands now Imaged to a disk, so if i have to redo fallout 3 all i do is load the image of the folder and copy it over and continue playing. (only make the image if you know you have a no $Hit working game with your current mods. Programs i am constantly messing around in while doing my load order is FO3Plugin for merging (i merge all of the armor and minor weapon mods together to ensure compatibly and also nice to see more then just one thing in Moria's inventory, or more then on item in the Hollow rock for example. FO3Edit This i think is the MOST coveted of the tools i use for Fallout 3, i use it on filter mode to find the conflicts, be it a little navmesh tweak here or a faction change etc. The main problem i see with most mods out there is that when people do them they either don't create their mods with the Unofficial patch which creates Some serious issues from what i can tell sometimes. (also the reason, my UOP is red at the moment >.< has some navmeshing that it changed but a mod that came after didn't so no i am going through vertex by vertex and rechecking in the GECK to make sure that i don't mess up anything the modder actually intended to do. If i was any good at making a tutorial i would, I have actually walked about 3 people through the process and working on a fourth. (it is a long process going through messanger services and only slightly better with 3rd party services such as yahoo, ventrillo, MSN, etc I CANNOT STRESS ENOUGH TO NOT MESS WITH ANYTHING YOU ARE NOT WILLING TO FIX. Messing around in FO3Edit can be detrimental to your game if you mess up.

Riven1978
No probably not but is something that may help later once he is fixed up as a preventative measure, even if he doesn't want to mess with FO3edit, he can still take the advice of burning an image of a No$Hit working data folder as well as the empty one. I have my vanilla data folder saved to an external and a working copy of my Data folder as it stands now Burned to a DVD-RW disc so i can make changes as i get new mods rather then burning a new disc. It doesn't take up my coveted hard drive reality that way
