It requires that you download BOSS and Wrye Bash. 1 ) Install BOSS and Wrye Bash.2 ) Run BOSS, so that your mods are arranged in the proper load order.3 ) Install the Bashed Patch, following the instructions in the Wrye Bash readme.4 ) While Wrye Bash is open, right-click on the Bashed Patch and click on "Rebuild Patch".5 ) Click on "Merge Patches" on the left then put a check in everything on the right and on Merge Patches.6 ) All the other options on the left might get a bit daunting, I suggest you use discretion as to what you want. Follow the instructions under 6 for all items related to body, eyes, hair, etc7 ) Rebuild the patch! I hope this helps. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

A missing head mesh is most likely in this case - I just had a play.Most missing meshes will show with a yellow marker, but in some instancesthe missing item just does not appear. If the eyes, ears and hair are also missing then you are missing the whole - my elf - mesh folder.The teeth still show because they are not part of the mod.
