Help with dynamic animation replacer for perks + more

Hello there,

 

I Hope someone can help me with a problem i have regarding conditions.

i have found some really awesome attack animations that i want to use with dynamic animation replacer.

But because they are so awesome i want to put a condition on it so that i dont have it from the start of the game since it becomes a bit too easy then(it does 3 attacks at once and 2 attacks with sideways attacks).

 

I have tried writing it like this :

IsActorBase("Skyrim.esm" | 0x00000007) AND
IsEquippedRightType(5) AND
HasPerk("Ordinator - Perks of Skyrim.esp" | 0x00052d52) OR
HasMagicEffect("skyrim.esm" | 0x000e40d4)

 

The perk is the one called Ferocious Strengt from ordinator and let you decapitate enemies

The magic effect is the dark elf racial power spell

and i want it to be like that i either hafto have that perk to be able to use the animations or when i have the Dark elf racial power active.

 

The animations i have tried to combine are:
