(mod/help request) Alliance officer uniform mod LE1-3

Hi all

 

So I had an idea about a mod across all three MELE games. The idea is such:

 

Alliance officers (eg Shepard, Adams, Presley, Sanders, Brooks) wear the ME1/2 officer uniform, No chain, smaller bars, gold stripes.

 

Some officers (eg the ME3 start tribunal) wear ME3 officer uniform with black bars

 

All Alliance Admirals (eg Kahoku, Mikhailovich, Anderson, Hackett) wear the ME3 admiral uniform

 

Is anyone aware of, or working on such a mod?

 

If not, where is the best place to find resources to figure out how to import models from ME1/2 into ME3, and ME3 into ME1 and 2?
