dabigpit
With redscript, codeware, tweakxl, archivexl, cybercmd and red4ext updated the game starts but I don't suggest loading a save since CET is disabled, too many mods need CET to run properly. Luso19
Why would loading a game with CET be an issue? I'm a bit a new modding :)
Aqivlaa22
How did you solve this problem? Unless, of course, they decided...I thought the gap was in mods, removed them all, reinstalled the game, still the same error. the game is completely clean...What to do, ? Error reason: AssertExpression: resultMessage: Failed to initialize scripts data!File: E:\R6.Release\dev\src\common\engine\src\baseEngineInit.cpp(1022)
relexion
REDprelauncher.exe launched the game just fine after CET, redscript etc. update. Launching from within Epic or Vortex delivered an error as a result. The only thing I did was updating all the mods via Vortex.
GG206
Sup, Chooms. For those of you, facing launching issues after this incredibly-overwhelmed update, I have made an instruction, which offers a POSSIBLE solution without RE-INSTALLING the whole game. If you are playing with dozens of mods, and you are facing crashes literally every 5 minutes, or even if your game application is not launching at all, saying "some files are corrupted or damaged", this instruction might really help you out. WARNING! YOU SHOULD USE A LICENCED VERSION OF A GAME, PURCHASED FROM AN OFFICIAL PLATFORM LIKE: STEAM, EPIC GAMES or something else. THIS IS IMPORTANT!- First of all, open your *Cyberpunk 2077* root folder (should be installed in the main SteamLibrary folder on one of your drives - SSD or HDD), then go for a Steamapps > Common > Cyberpunk 2077 > red4ext > logs. There you should look for some single-named files like *red4ext*. There is a statistics, representing your main modding applications (Cyber Engine Tweaks, TweakXL, ArchiveXL etc.) work. Here you can also find some mods like *Let there be flight* or *Mod Settings*. Those you should check on first. In my case, instead of {info}, couple of lines consisted {warning}. Watch for those, and if there will be some - delete those mods from every folder in the main one. As a comparison, you may find those files here, on Nexus, download them and watch where every single one is installed. However, you might be lucky NOT finding those files at all. And even if you haven't, this is still an unportant step. - Then, what I recommend you to do, whenever have you found those "corrupted" files or not, go for a *Cyberpunk 2077* > bin > x64> PLUGINS, and copy the whole folder *plugins* with all your CET mod data installed there to the desktop. You will need it in the near future. - Then, you are to delete the whole *bin* folder from the (*Cyberpunk 2077* on your drive) main one. And reinstall it, using Steam's or EGS's file recovery. Just open the Steam or EGS application to CHECK (not to see) the local files of the game. This exact process will take some time. Missing files, including your *bin* folder should be re-installed automatically.- After all of those tortures, here comes another one - you will need to install the updated versions of following:https://www.nexusmods.com/cyberpunk2077/mods/107 - Cyber Engine Tweaks; https://www.nexusmods.com/cyberpunk2077/mods/1511 - Redscript; https://www.nexusmods.com/cyberpunk2077/mods/2380 - RED4ext; https://www.nexusmods.com/cyberpunk2077/mods/4198 - ArchiveXL; https://www.nexusmods.com/cyberpunk2077/mods/4197 - TweakXL; https://www.nexusmods.com/cyberpunk2077/mods/5176 - cybercmd (even if not used previously) - recommended to install; https://www.nexusmods.com/cyberpunk2077/mods/4575 - Input Loader; (even if not used previously) - recommended to install; https://www.nexusmods.com/cyberpunk2077/mods/3518 - NativeSettingsUI (IMPORTANT - might not appear in the menu after reinstalling the *bin* folder); https://www.nexusmods.com/cyberpunk2077/mods/4885 - Mod Settings (IMPORTANT - might not appear in the menu after reinstalling the *bin* folder). Check for the log statistics once again, to be sure everything works just fine without those {warning} lines. Launch the game to check how it works. If it does - congratulations, you have done everything correctly! If not, check the logs again, delete all the mods with the {warning} lines from every folder, reinstall the *bin* folder again and try it out. After it, you may install the REMAINING mods from the folder *PLUGINS* (DO NOT REINSTALL THE OLDER VERSION OF THIS FOLDER, THE NEW ONE WAS ALREADY INSTALLED WITH CYBER ENGINE TWEAKS). The way is: Cyberpunk 2077> bin> x64> Plugins > Mods. There are some newer versions available already, but you can try to install the ones that you have used. Whooh.. Well, if I didn't help some of you, or even made it more complicated and worse - I bring my apologies, really tried to do my best. However, there is a useful info that you can find around here to make your own way to solve this issue. Best wishes, see ya on the dirty streets of Night-City. HainerHenderlain
Game didn't start anymore so I reinstalled it from scratch with all the core mods. It worked and now it starts, but I can't see some mods.I see something odd in the Red4Ext log.It seems that some mods has been terminated for some reasons. alonix9797
So I did a reinstall of the game, it won't even start with just CET installed. Game's completely bricked for me.Managed to fix it, game runs well, tbh it runs even better than before with all the mods ive installed, all i did was reinstall the game, install mods then do a "Verify Game files" from the epic games launcher. (I'm sure there's verify game files in Steam and GOG too so no worries)
