Ceronir
Hi guys, need some help Obscuros Overhaul and OBMM. I tried to install the 1.3.3 version first with modmanager... but there are some things i am not sure about. 1st i tried to add the whole package (ca.400mb) as archiv but it hasn´t worked. So I unziped the folder and 4 folders appeared-meshes-OOO-sound-texturesTried to create omod with the whole 4 folders ... no way. So my next idea was just add the "OOO" folder and create an omod and this time it worked (green sign). But I am pretty sure that this will not help me much because 1) the meshes and textures still aren´t in the game (paste in data folder manually? or got to create an omod with these aswell?)2) got no idea where to find the esp data and what to with to make it work 3) what to do with the Full or Lite stuff 4) and i don´t know where i got to install this 2 patches: OOO_134_Beta_5_Patch,OOO 1.34DV. Did i got to put them in the overhaul folder before installing 1.3.3 or after or just put them in omod aswell or copy in data folder after 1.3.3 is installed?Maybe some1 can help me because i am really tired of searching and reading useless pdf and sites.... XJDHDR
I managed to succesfully create an OMOD from OOO's files. How much RAM does your computer have? What settings are you using to create the OMOD? What goes wrong exactly while creating the OMOD? 2 ) The ESP stuff is in the OOO folder.3 ) You first need to choose whether you want the full OOO experience or a toned down version (I went for full). If you create an OMOD, the scripts should guide you through the installation. The PDF file included with OOO 1.33 should tell you what each ESP does.4 ) I don't know what "OOO 1.34DV" is but the 1.34 beta 5 patch must be installed after you install 1.33. You should turn this into an seperate OMOD as well. If asked to overwrite anything while installing, click yes.
Ceronir
Ok my pc got no hardware problems so we can exclude this one (2x3.16Ghz, 4k Ram, Gtx 280 1024 mb etc).I think i got the trouble with OOO because i wasn´t able to install the files like explained in a pdf. They say i should install via 1)create 2)add archive 3)create omod.If i tried to add anything vie "add archive" no files showing up, only if i changed following setting in the btm corner, right side, from:compressed files to all files.I found out meanwhile that i got the non self-installer version downloaded... so maybe a link to self installer version would be the easiest solution ;D

herman1004
I might as well ask here instead of making a new thread: All bottles both potion and regular ones have missing meshes/textures and aren't shown on my screen. This only happens when I use OOO. Any soloutions? Regards,
NBS
Hey they Ceronir (and herman too I guess),I suggest downloading OOO from here: http://www.fileplanet.com/hosteddl.aspx?/p...294/OOO_1.3.exe You do need to sign up but it's free and most mods on this site have mirrors on Planet Elder Scrolls, and File Planet hosts those downloads, and it's typically faster than Nexus. But anyway, its a self installer, just point it to your Oblivion/Data folder and let it do it's thing, and after that you can find the 1.33 patch either here or on PES. It should eliminate a lot of headaches for you.
XJDHDR
Are you sure you installed OOO properly? I haven't had any problems with OOO potions. I would say that you didn't install the meshes and textures properly. Check your installation again. P.S. What you just did here is called "Thread Hijacking" and it is not allowed on this forum. Please don't do it again. One thread I was using to help another user got closed because someone hijacked it.
herman1004
Hey, Thank you very much, now it works properly. Sorry about the hijacking, I just thought that since the original question was already answered and my question contained almost the same, I'd post it here. Regards,
XJDHDR
Always a pleasure! That would usually be the reason a thread gets hijacked.
