im having a possible ooo issue

It seems whenever i open a trapped chest and spring the trap i end up crashing on certain traps effects. I think it might have something to do with my load order. any suggestions?

First, your load order is a bit messed up. I suggest you download BOSS and have that order sorted out.

 

Second, if the first solution doesn't work, OOO has a small plugin (comes with OOO when you download it) which prevents CTDs while using trapped chests. The plugin is called "OOO-Container-Trap-Instant-Effects.esp" (which you don't have installed).
