Umm.. well actually it was more than a special occasion thing... and by no means is it a "happy day" but i really cant think of another word to describe D-day day in "celebration" and honors.. This was more of an announcement of my intentions to make a mod that will be released one year to date on the next D-Day day. So yes, it is kind of oblivion related.

But still, none of that matters. I just hope that this explanation will clerify to you that i do look where and what i post, and think carefully if it is appropriete for the time and place. If i am wrong, then i will be told so, i just hope i am not wrong. I do not pretend to be right, dont take me wrong there, i just want you to know i dont haphazardly post.

I would never call it happy D-day, its 65th celebration of Normandy invasion. Happy V-day oh yes I am all for that. As person who has walked along that coast line and have been on those beaches. I would say its more of sobering moment, than happy one. I praise the French, for honoring all that have fallen there both Allied and German. Keeping the graves of the fallen up for so long. Being in those coastal gun bunkers and see what those brave men. Having to face such hardships an overcoming it all.
