LE Character Armor from Oblivion Mod

There is an Armor mod in Oblivion that is a great replication of the armor that Lambda-11 and Nu-13 from Blazblue wear, made by tsanm011 aka larrytmc. If the original or any modder, if they have some spare time, could either convert or create something similar for Skyrim please. :D Even better is if you are also able to mod it to make the floating effect like the characters themselves (literally no leg movement while moving aside from when they are changing direction or other related actions such as standing, sitting, ect.) rather that have the character wearing the armor move normally like in the original mod.
