Quondom Posted December 21, 2013 Share Posted December 21, 2013 Whenever I enter the NW corner of Freeside, the game crashes. Sometimes immediately, sometimes after a minute or two. Gotta be a mod conflict. (I seem to remember that something used to spawn there that isn't there after the new mods.) Don't have this problem in the rest of Freeside. I have no solution except to stay away from there, which means giving up a quest or two. paradoxBomb Posted December 22, 2013 Share Posted December 22, 2013 (edited) I think I see your problem.From the World of Pain mod page: THE BUG:There is one remaining bug in AWOP FNV that I discovered a little too late to do anything about. It's innocuous on it's own but couple it with a mod with the same bug and it's a CTD-inducer. It only happens in the North Cistern (around the Strip) so it's not a big loss either way. The easiest process for fixing it is to run a "Identical to Master" filter in FNVEdit and delete AWOP's reference to the Cistern from the cell menu.For the sake of refernece any major recurring slowdown or CTDs induced after installing AWOP are the result of mod conflicts or the saved games (quick & auto saves especially) trying to adjust to all the new data.
