morrowind magic system?

I like the morrowind magic system, The changes are resist magic effects paralysis and soul trap ect but not elemental magic. You have to have resist elements to be immune to magic.

 

In oblivion if your a brenton and have a mundande ring you can have 100% resist magic. Thats why I want it to be harder like in morrowind.

 

I looked but I dono if anyone has made this mod already so Im asking if it 1) can be done 2)Is it done? 3) Please do it =p
